​Conor is a passionate Gaelic footballer from Belfast with an unshakable love for the game. As a proud member of Eire Og Gaelic Football Club, he doesn't just play for his local club - he lives and breathes the sport. His dedication goes far beyond the pitch.

 

With years of experience both as a player and a coach, Conor has had the privilege of working with athletes at all skill levels, helping them boost their speed, strength, fitness, and recover from injury. 

 

Whether it’s building explosiveness, refining fitness, or reshaping their body composition, he thrives on seeing athletes push past their limits and transform their game.
